This company needed consultants to provide high level integrated consulting and training services to its clients worldwide in the areas of Continuous School Improvement, Curriculum Development, Professional Development and New Program Implementation. Cristi facilitated strategic planning for curriculum development and implementation, collaborated with school leadership in use of curriculum mapping as a core school process, developed and delivered customized, multi-level training sessions for international and national clients, designed effective techniques to train non-technical client users to embrace new IT platforms, supported School Improvement Processes by facilitating communication, strategic planning and actions, and by providing rapid needs assessment and best practices recommendations.
